Back in March, 2009, Peper Long from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) told ABCNews.com that current scientific evidence did not indicate any adverse health outcomes associated with exposure to cell phone radio frequency (RF) energy. At the same time, the FDA also states that large amounts of RF energy can increase body temperatures and cause tissue damage.
